Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library Board Meeting selected the Port Tampa City Library, 4902 W. Commerce Street for their April 27th meeting and responded to suggestions from the public. Fiction, kids’ books, large print books, romance & paranormal romance, paperbacks, children’s picture books & more in the Book Store located on the second floor of the Port Tampa City Library. Proceeds fund programs for children and adults. Library hours: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Wednesdays noon – 8:00 PM, closed Sundays, Mondays and national holidays.

Barnes & Noble @ Barnes & Noble, 213 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. sponsored a bookfair in May to benefit Tampa-Hillsborough Friends of the Library. Barnes & Noble donated a percentage of sales to the Friends of the Port Tampa City Library (FOL) for adult & children’s programs.
